My understanding is that this firmware is not generally available yet, but improvements (after being confirmed) will probably make it into the next production release.
In this case your should file a ticket through the WiiM Home app to let WiiM know: Settings => Send us feedback.
Doing so will also include device logs so WiiM support might be able to check if the root cause is the same, assigning the same special release firmware to your Amp. This will also let them know that there are more people out here suffering from this problem.
