Problem programming presets with spotify

Followed the directions for adding a preset, but when I click the three dots, there is no option to add a preset. I've tried deleting the app and starting again. I already reset the c10 as I had problems when I was first connecting it to the network. This is on my Samsung phone. I also tried my girlfriend's iPhone with the same result.

This is because it is connected via Google Cast. Please connect using Spotify Connect.

If the device name for Spotify Connect does not appear in the Spotify app, please turn off Google Cast in the device settings within the WiiM app.
