hi all
I have been using Qobuz Connect - using my iPhone, iPad and Mac - and over the last few days I have been experiencing issues with songs in my playlists not playing correctly. Specifically, the first few seconds of songs cut out. I have powered my WiiMs down. I have turned all my devices on and off. I have turned off fade-out fade-in in the Wiim's settings. I have toggled DNS server from on to off. And I have logged out of Qobuz and back in on all devices. But still getting the problem, which is incredibly frustrating. Is anybody else experiencing this?
Back to Chromecast for me for the time being, until this Qobuz Connect is working properly I think.

I have the same problem and have sent an email to qobuz support. It doesn’t happen in the wiim home app so must be connected to the recent qobuz update

It would be helpful if you also submitted a ticket to WiiM so they can inspect your device logs for evidence of this issue in case it’s WiiM related

I hadn’t considered it as it was fine playing through the WHA but I’ll do that when I get home
Remember Qobuz Connect relies on firmware in the WiiM device as well in order to operate - you can think of it as the receiver of the stream sent from Qobuz following a Connect request from the app. It could be that Qobuz changed something that needs a commensurate change at the WiiM end.

Interesting. I have had the slightly opposite problem where the first few seconds of songs get clipped out, but songs played through to the end. Also good to know I can just play it in WHA instead to avoid the problem. Thanks!
