Vibelink toslink cable loose and making bad contact

Good evening,does anyone knows if it’s normal this kind ok looseness on the toslink cable? Don’t think so because it even lends to bad contact,no I didn’t forced it,I know this cables just plug in one position,thanks.

In the video, the socket appears to be loose. Could you please check if the included optical cable also experiences bad contact?

My Vibe's socket also wobbles slightly, but there's no bad contact.

I was doing that at the time you replied and yes it wobbles the same, on the Ultra wobbles a little less but doesn’t cut the sound

I zoomed in on the video and definitely the socket is moving, that needs to be repaired. (inside the Vibelink)
