What products you'd like to see WiiM produce?

I know it will never happen, but I wish a company like Wiim would make a universal remote control.
It seems to me that home automation is growing very fast and it's quickly gaining interest with "normal" non-tech customers.
I myself can't think of a better way to control the whole house than an upgraded variation of a universal remote control.
Something that is readily available to any user in the house. Especially when you incorporate media streaming into home automation.
Because of that I was very surprised when Logitech Harmony decided to leave that part of the market.
Maybe that's just me but I greatly miss a new product that will replace the Harmony line.
I still keep tinkering, fixing and trying to find a better and more reliable way to make wiim products work with the one and a half functioning Harmony remotes that I still have.
Once they stop working I will probably go live in a cave as it seems that this is how we "universal remote lovers" are perceived these days :-)

What products would you like to see based on what you've experienced so far?
I have an "Amptastic" class D amplifier not much bigger than my Wiim pro plus that I was running my Wiim through while my Nad amp was getting fixed! It was sub £100 new and really sounded the great!...makes me wonder about a Wiim streamer that could contain a class D amplifier, a couple more RCA inputs and a headphone socket on the front 🤔 ....maybe a bottle opener on the side too 😬 🤷

If you don't want a qualified feedback, why post anything in a user forum?

Edit: Regarding the Mini v. the Pro. The Mini is very limited in processing speed and memory. The pure digital processing is however still good. I have seen some measurements (don't remember where) that show that the Mini's clock is not as good as it could be. So you get a higher jitter noise than from the other WiiMs.
I've seen this stated before regarding the mini's processing speed, memory, clock etc. I'm curious to know what, if any, noticeable effects this has when using it as a streaming transport?

I'd love a great DAC, with preamp capabilities and volume managed via WiiM Home app, with XLR output.
I'm buying one to sit between Ultra and Vibelink Amp but the aesthetic will be terrible as case is different.
I'll indeed get rid of the Vibelink Amp at some point to favor Purifi/Hype to leverage XLR (a good option for the ones into Active Speakers - lot of flexibility).

Into a dac with good jitter control (and are there many nowadays that can't cope with even pretty high jitter?) imo it's not noticable.
At least, I couldn't tell the difference between a mini, a pro and an ultra all optical into the same couple of dacs I tried this with.

Can't = can ? Blame autocorrect 🤣

Thanks, it was more of a curiosity really. I've got mine going into a topping dx5ii and it sounds fine to my ears.

Nope, can't is what I meant.
Are there many that can't => expect that almost all can. i.e. the less good eye diagram from the mini really isn't an issue.
I was confused by " there are many that can't cope with EVEN VERY HIGH jitter". If it had said "even very low jitter" it would have made sense to me. If there was an issue you would expect very high jitter to expose it.

I wrote are there, with a question mark.
You read / wrote there are, as a statement.
:p

A user forum that @WiiM Team, @RyanWithWiiM read.
Read through, participate in, and fight about over the conference table and group chats.

While it's a user forum, it's also one of the primary places where our teams come to speak with the people who use our products.

Edit: Just making sure I'm clear that whole we're here and reading along, we don't always have the opportunity to jump in and join a discussion.

Regarding the app which really controls the unit, intuitiveness in use is everything! I feel I'm bothering really lovely people on this forum who can do what I could never manage simply to play and add to presets something other than what's on the browse list! Shouldn't everything be available to preset and find quickly again especially if I'm able to cast it in the first place?

Don't try it with me) You can say you have 400+ years. The only thing that matters is what exactly you say. I dont' have 40 years of experience but I have two ears and low-end hi-fi system. I clearly hear the difference between Mini and Pro+ (via DAC) - which you and your fellow contributors denied. I clearly hear the difference between different DACs (for example, delta-sigma and multibit) - which you and your fellow contributors denied. I just want to have an affordable good quality streamer to include to my set up. I didn't ask your permission and opinion. You can keep it to your employer. Thank you.
Blind tested hear the difference?

@RyanWithWiiM Can we please (please) have Native Apple Music integration, a la Spotify and Tidal Connect?

It appears my best shot at full hi res lossless Apple Music through my Ultra, is by connecting a WiiM Mini and having to put up with Airplay downsampling everything.

You can connect an iPhone, or iPad to your Ultra, and get full up to 24-Bit 192 kHz Apple Music.
