Wiim Amp + Android 16 + Spotify = no sound

Hi,

Since the last Android 16 update, there is a sound issue with Spotify and the Wiim Amp.

I tested with Youtube Music, it works well.

Do you guys have the same issue ?

We tested this on an Android 16 phone, and Spotify played sound when connected using Google Cast or Spotify Connect. We recommend restarting your WiiM Amp and then trying to connect to Spotify again to see if the sound works properly.
If the problem persists, kindly send us feedback via the WiiM Home App > More tab > Feedback, and we will check the logs.
