WiiM Amp Ultra

In Italy we have always called them "disco (singular) or "dischi" (plural). That is disc or discs.
The words "vinile/vinili" is used only now, since the revanchism of this support. More because it seems more stylish and trendy than simply call them discs.

Now we have to distinguish between Compact Discs, Digital Versatile Discs, Blu-ray Discs etc 🙂

I loved how the French labelled cassette tapes - I remember being on holiday in Dijon in a branch of FNAC wondering what the K7 section held until I read the sign in French…

In Ponad initially it was called "płyta" which stands for "plate". Then the CDs came, so they have been called "płyta komptaktowa", but everybody called it "C-D" or "kompakt". And analog records have been renamed to "płyta winylowa", now shortened to "winyl".

Vinyl wouldn't sound right 😂

There's a rockabilly party on Saturday night
Are you gonna be there?
(I got my invite)
Gonna bring your records
(Ohh, will do)
Made it

Hi all, does the amp ultra support usb input (for connecting usb storage with flacs), like the ultra, or is it's usb output only?

Ok cool, thanks. I wasn't sure because the wiim specs only seem to indicate usb out and don't mention usb in/playback (at least from what I could see in the connections diagram)
Yes. Unfortunately WiiM don't document everything and leaves out important information from the specifications.

So it's good we have this forum with people that know what the WiiM devices actually can do.
