WiiM Home App v3.2.6 Update – Jul 10, 2025

What's New:
  1. USB/NAS Enhancements: Group music by composer for easier browsing.
  2. Parametric EQ: Now includes High/Low Pass filters (requires the upcoming firmware update).
  3. HDMI ARC Auto-Sensing: More personalized control with automatic HDMI ARC detection.
  4. Room Correction Default: Default frequency range is now 50Hz ~ 4kHz for better results with the built-in mic (Lower frequency will be supported by adding calibration file for the built-in MIC).
  5. [Android] Instant Access: Tap on the album or artist name on the now-playing page for immediate access.

Bug Fixes:
  1. [iOS] Preset Artwork: Fixed issue with artwork not showing correctly after upload for Open Network Stream.
  2. Room Correction Fix: Fixed a bug causing room correction to fail when using USB output with a Sub output.

I'm in Australia and all my Android devices received the update (3.2.6) on the day of release. Sometimes different Android versions receive updates at a different time. I've seen this myself. It's also possible your Google Play apps are caching the previous version. Sometimes clearing the cache may help. But other times, it could just mean that the particular update is not yet available for your versions of Android or particular devices. It's certainly not a WiiM issue however.

When I click on your links I see the latest version, not the previous version you are seeing, so it must be device or Android version specific.

Have you tried @Erebus' suggestion (deleting the PlayStore app cache)?

If this is an issue with your phone, reinstalling the Playstore app or Googlrplay Developer Services may solve the problem.

Is your phone (or tablet) a global version with PlayStore pre-installed?

I just cleared the cache for the Playstore app on my phone... no difference, 3.2.5
I also opened the Playstore on Windows in Firefox and Chrome (both in Incognito mode) ... and no difference, 3.2.5.

Compare your screenshots to mine, the link is not resolving to the same app listing. Eg, the review stars and number of reviews... completely different!

Mine is 4.0 stars from 4.92K reviews
Yours is 4.3 stars from 552 reviews

So the Playstore is probably using regional CDNs and my region hasn't been updated yet, though you're in Australia and apparently have it... so who knows!

Oh Great Sage, Heaven's Equal you said "How exactly did WiiM manage to roll out WHA 3.2.6 on Android to everybody but you?". I did not realize that everyone using Wiim on Android uses this forum and has seen my message and has bothered to respond if they don't have 3.2.6? Thanks for enlightening me.

Stop being silly right now, please.

Nobody ever said your observation was wrong (you don't see the current app version in Google Play). But so what? That's pretty normal.

Once again, WiiM have nothing to do with this.

Instead of wasting everybody's time, do as @Intruder told you and sideload the APK if you're in such an urgent need for version 3.2.6. WiiM do have full control over when they upload the APK to their website.
