For me it is, yes. And 3e Audio seem to think alike, otherwise they had not even bothered to make the A5se and - in particular - the A5.

I had explicitly stated that I see nothing wrong with using the TPA325
x chips, not just using the TPA3255. The fact that many (but not all) offers prefer the TPA3255 (more power output at virtually the same price) over the TPA3251 (technically better, even if just a tad) is not exactly a secret, is it?
There are other amplifier chips out there like those from Infineon, but I don't see a convincing reason why WiiM or anybody else should further dig into their niche.
Then we have the B100 and B200 with their ultra high feedback class B approach. But this is not a solution readily available to the competition and while measurements are very good they still have to proof their reliability over time.
