Fixed output resolution

Hello @WiiM Team , I think it would be beneficial for the Ultra users to be able to select a fixed output resolution as seen in other of your devices. Thanks

It is also about philosophy . I prefer less features but very well implemented than a ton of mediocre features …

Wiim will be adding more and more and not mediocre by any means. There’re toggle for every feature they add so no harms way if did not sound good. I like choice that I can turn on or off.

@WiiM Team do you plan to implement it to USB out too? I have decided to go USB and not coaxial since I can’t get 192/24 for some mysterious reason. I have changed cables 4 times and I know the DAC works with that resolution. It works when I use another source. Optical out with a converter to coaxial works but the sound is awful.

You currently have no control at all, never mind fixed resolution with the USB output.
