Hi all,

Got the Wiim Sub Pro today to pair with my Wiim Amp Ultra. I ran into some issues when I paired the subwoofer with the amp. Basically the measurements seems good except for a huge dip where the crossover should be. But also at 30-60hz there's no low end. When I unpair it does work and sounds very good indeed, but of course I would love to have it paired as that should sound the best and is the whole reason I went for the Wiim Sub instead of an SVS SB1000 Pro.

Am I missing something? I first run the Sub Roomfit on 60hz crossover with level at 0db and run the other roomfit for the main speakers after.

I'm assuming you're using the WiiM software running RoomFit to do the room correction software. Are you using your phone's micropone or an external microphone? A lot of the of the microphones on phones are limited (intentional to reduce unwanted noise). No matter what device/software I use for room correction, I wasn't happy until I bought an external microphone for room correction (started with my ONKYO TX-RZ-50). I ordered the miniDSP UMIK-1 microphone (connect it to my phone via a USB-A to USB-C dongle). There are cheaper microphones others have found that work too.

Yes using the Dayton IMM6C. Everything works fine when I unpair the Sub Pro from the Amp Ultra, sounds great but ideally I have it paired that's why I bought this subwoofer over an SVS.

After running the Sub Pro Subwoofer RoomFit and the Amp Ultra's Roomfit...I too have had mixed results. I did find under the Settings after I raised the Subwoofer Level from 0 to +4 dB and a slight tweaking of nudging the Crossover Frequency a little higher there was some improvement. How much to rely on RoomFit is still a question in my mind. With my Klipsch RP-600M and Sub Pro, RoomFit did a fantastic job. With my Wharfedale Linton and Sub Pro improvement was only slight.
