New Ultra not updating?

Hi,
I have just received my new Ultra, and am happy with the first results.
The firmware installed on receipt was 5.2.629945 (20th September 2024), and the app version (on Android tablet) is 3.1.0.250110.965913.
Trying to update the firmware shows the message " Up to Date. No Updates Available", but reading through the forum indicates that the latest non-beta f/w version is up to 5.2.704152.
I have rebooted the Ultra and retried to update, but with the same result.
Can anyone advise me how to manage the update, or is this something that happens on its own?

Yes, the Ultra is brand new.
I will retry the update routine over the next 2 days, then do as you suggest if necessary.

Update: Update
I rebooted the Ultra after my previous reply and it now shows it has updated to the latest f/w (10th Jan 25).
It appears that once you ask it for an update, even if it does not seem to respond, then the update has been initiated and will happen.
Anyway, I now have EQ and RC to play with!
