When will this firmware get released to all users? I still haven't been able to get this update, and am still stuck on a firmware from last year. Is it because I am on the Qobuz Connect beta program?

Tried it with several albums and it’s working like a charm! 👍👍👍

No more need for big volume changes between albums.

One additional note on Replay Gain:

I use my iphone and sometimes one android phone to play music from usb drive attached to WiiM Ultra or one NAS server on my network.

From what I experiences both WiiM home apps got to have the option choosed. It seems that when it starts to play it sends the option to the WiiM Ultra unit and it's not some option that gets saved on it.

If you’re in beta, it wont update till you opt it out yourself. If it’s say beta under device info. If it doesn’t say beta, you need to send message via wim app. This is the downside of beta it won’t update automatically unless it was official.

Thanks; that’s makes sense.

I think right now I am enjoying Qobuz Connect (now that it works) more than I would the adjustable volume control granularity.

I will return to quoboz once connect is officially release to general public. Do you have a choice between connect and chromecast?

When Qobuz Connect is fully fleshed out that’s what you want to use. Qobuz via chromecast is limited to 96kHz and maybe (not certain) to 48kHz.

Hello everyone. There is a issue with the latest firmware update 5.2.704152. After the update, a problem with switchning on immediately after turning off appeared. My Wiim Ultra is connected to the TV and an external DAC. After turning off the TV and Wiim Ultra via HDMI arc, it turns on again immediately after the external DAC connected to Wiim via USB is turned off. Wiim turns on itself and switches from USB audio output to any other. Before the latest update there wasn't such problem.

Thank you!
