New wiim pro plus owner. really enjoying the streamer but i must confess that i would love to see SiriusXM radio integration. Yes, I can cast from the app but my wife really wants to be able to preset her favorite XM stations inside the wiim home app and it seems like an obvious service to add. lots of siriusXM subscribers listening in their vehicles or online

It’s already listed on the WiiM Ultra roadmap, for example, as a service they may consider adding in the future.

Does Sirius xm still sound awful? I had it, but gave it the boot after I stopped driving truck for a living. Just use Tidal now and I can use it almost like Sirius.

I use it in the car. There is something about listening to the same station for hundreds of miles. In the house I just don't ever listen to it. I don't like their sales tactics either.

SiriusXM has is flaws and bright spots. Deep Tracks, Real Jazz, BB Kings Bluesville, Symphony Hall just to name my favorites.
I would welcome full integration. In the meantime, I cast it.

I would also like to see SiriusXM added to the available streamers. My wife loves certain channels, but I am still using Pandora and love it.

I am trying to get away from the Amz Echo's and use the WiiM exclusively much like Sonos until they started out dating really expensive gear.

I'm about to set up four WiiM amps for whole house audio in a new house we just built. Our main streamers are Pandora, SiriusXM and TuneIn, so WiiM is 2 for 3..... WIll I be able to stream from the SiriusXM app? Would like to see it integrated into the WiiM app.

Works fine from the SiriusXM android app over Google Cast. I hear occasional hiccups streaming Sirius from one of my two Google Home Hub Max units; works perfectly from the other.

Can't comment on how it works from an iphone as I don't have one.

I use the SiriusXm app on iOS. Their implementation of AirPlay is buggy, but you can use Google Cast which works fine.

You can setup your WiiMs as a Speaker Group in the Google Home app, and then Google Cast directly to that speaker group in SiriusXM app. Works well. For me it works much better than using AirPlay (as AirPlay from iOS will eventually stop playing because the device you cast from eventually loses its connection).

My favorite way to listen to SiriusXM though is on Apple TV, and then use Airplay in Control Center to play to your other Airplay speakers (Sonos, WiiMs, etc.) simultaneously. You won’t lose your Airplay connection in this scenario because Apple TV is the source playing it (which is always ‘active’). You also get the nice UI from SiriusXM app to show what’s playing on your TV (I like it better than the new WiiM Home app). But I love the new WiiM Home app cause that’s good to use for all your other non-SiriusXM sources playing on WiiMs.
