Ultra - Sub cuts out at low volume

Just FYI, those are not real measurements of the WiiM Ultra, just made up numbers to illustrate how such a spreadsheet may look.

I don't own a WiiM Ultra.
Yep, I shall correct for my mistake (and not quote you on this), even if WiiM have corrected the wrong information I gave.

PS:
Done.

Latest update fixed the low volume sub output problem ,Not directly but if you choose the new Subwoofer Bypass Mode... It'll work.

If my subwoofer doesn't turn on at very low volume levels, wouldn't the solution to this be to use a splitter to connect cables to the sub not only under the LFE input, but under both low level inputs? I read somewhere that such a solution would increase the voltage and make the sub wake up easier.

What do you think about this?

Might, I have mine out from Wiim (single sub output) to splitter left right inputs on the subwoofer. And it didn't help. Whats helped the most is switching on the two settings at the very bottom of the subwoofer tab on the Wiim app. Subwoofer Bypass Mode and Main Speakers Output Bass. That way if it does cut off you'll at least have some range of bass from the main speakers. It's just the nature of the beast. If I didn't have this same thing happening with a Denon AVR receiver I'd think it's a Wiim problem, but it's not. Just like what you said not enough voltage there to trigger the Sub at low volumes.

Also, after playing with EQ settings for a month .. Electronic sounded just right.. for me anyways.. maybe play with the EQ to see if that sparks something. For me everything sounded natural and didn't miss if the subwoofer was on or not ..

This will make no difference in most cases, as there usually isn't really just one LFE input. The L and R RCA input usually work exactly the same.

The best solution (if there is no support for a trigger signal) is to up the sub out volume on the Ultra and reduce the level on the sub until it works. Nothing wrong with setting the Ultras output all the way up.
