I don't recall seeing the bottom clock before!
(But I'm on a beta firmware for the ultra, and a beta app.)
I see it allows time travel too.

😂 😂 😂
All this waiting for the new clocks and.......in the end a big frustration. The two analog ones completely useless. From a certain distance they become confused. Especially the one with the steel-like edge.
The digital one would not be bad, but it has such white numbers that I fear that, remaining on for a long time, it could damage/burn the pixels of the screen. It would have been better to have the numbers, for example, in a light blue color. Do not tell me to lower the brightness, which I have automatic, because the Meter would also become less bright.
Conclusion? I quickly went back to the old clocks. ;)
Too bad, I appreciate the effort of WiiM, but it seems to me to have been a waste of time.
Let's hope for the best if and when more Meters appear.

I think WiiM has misunderstood what kind of information we need on the Ultra display. They are implementing toys while we ask for professional display of audio data and some simple, nondisturbing, standby clocks.

The new white clock with a choice of color and brightness would be all that is needed for standby.

A useful VU meter, a frequency display (spectrum analyzer) and a graphic volume dB display would also be nice for the active "now playing".

Strange that it have the date information twice instead of being centered.

Nice work.
Please make just simple white accent, like most ios apps have. Purple is nice, but why purple? Or green? What do they mean? White accent is the most neutral. It will look cleaner.
One more. Please, make service button in Favorites works always. I press Qobuz button (in my case) and it works perfectly, but when I open the app every new time I have to press it again. Thank you

As it stands just now, rather than being a standalone profile as you and others have proposed in the past (and as I recently mocked up in my thread 'Saved settings/ profiles’), it’s tied to preset content e.g. if you already have a preset to play a playlist, you can edit that preset to also set its audio output, volume, EQ, shuffle/repeat and play duration. They’re hoping to add “Input Preset and group playback” to the beta sometime this week.

I’m sure they’re open to adding other settings such as use of the sub - for example, it looks like they’ll take on my suggestion to include fixed volume on/off as well as just the simple volume setting they already had.

If they are adding EQ to a preset then the volume limit associated with an EQ setting will also need to be included.

On iOS when I open the app it defaults to the device tab. Since that’s where it defaults I would like to see the input selection right there. No more going into the settings under the device.

Inputs are also conveniently in the Browse page (at the very bottom) where you’d make your music selection.

It'll be interesting to see how this works.

Please let the option to have the sub in or out be included.

@Steve Woodhouse, @Burnside,

As for turning the sub on and off in the smart presets, this may be a low priority. From what I have heard, they are considering an option to turn off the sub out when using the headphone output.

I would want to turn off the sub when using the USB output which connects to my headphone amp. I can't remember if that is standard behaviour or not.

That option should pop up immediately under the device tab. I shouldn’t have to go to the browse tab at the bottom for that option.
