Have you tried clearing your cache and restarting your phone?

I will try that but this is not a Windows PC.
If cash clean or reboot is needed to make it work, it's a app bug.

Our engineers are investigating this issue. It appears to be caused by memory recycling. We will review the app’s memory usage and discuss solutions to handle situations when memory is reclaimed.
