WiiM Home App v3.3.5 Update – Sep 16, 2025

What’s New:

1. Audio Inputs: Live plugged-in status and signal detection for quicker setup.
2. [iOS] TIDAL Browsing: Toggle Grid or List views for albums, artists, and playlists.
3. "Now Playing" Screen: Optimized layout for a cleaner fit across all phone sizes.
4. VU Meter: New display option for a more visual playback experience.
5. RoomFit™: View raw vs. corrected frequency curves, rotate the screen during recording, and evaluate adjustments instantly.
6. Queue (Beta): Smoother playback from NAS/USB/Samba, better track‑order retention when shuffling, and faster queue performance.
7. WiiM Sound: Customize standby wallpaper and playback style on WiiM Sound devices.

Bug Fixes:

1. [Android] Volume Slider (Xiaomi): Tap-to-step (±1) now works as expected.
2. [iOS] LMS Artwork: Correct artwork now displays for LMS content.

Thanks for that. Audio Pro users over on Facebook are similarly disgruntled that their new app can’t connect to WiiM speakers.

Please excuse ignorance I am very new to HIFI via WIFI. Does this mean that those of us with Audio Pro speakers (I have one C3 Addon and another 2x C3s were purchased literally today) won't be able to use them with our Wiim setup (an Ultra and Vibeamp), should we upgrade Wiim Home to the latest version??

That’s what seems to be being said. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. However, I’d still raise a ticket to WiiM requesting that they rescind that app change asap as it rather undermines the interoperability of Linkplay based devices.

I have used the feedback function to send a message asking them to reinstate product interoperability. WiiM is expanding their product range but they don't cover the whole spectrum.

If you have a WiiM app with V3.3.4, I guess you can connect your AudioPro speakers without updating. Please try it.
(Turn off auto updates for WiiM Home in the app store).

They must have had a reason to block Audio Pro devices. Maybe they thought nobody would notice
