This is my go-to page when checking for new firmware updates. It scans all my devices at once, and even more conveniently, updates firmware in parallel. It would be even more useful if selecting a device on this page took you to that device’s settings page.

WiiM Sound shows for me.

I’m happy with the rest of that page as it is.
I have never found a firmware update by by clicking on "Check For Updates" and I click it every day after new firmware is announced 🤣

Got 3.4.1 on iOS this morning. The Sound is listed, but I hope I will not need help tomorrow when back home and setting them up 😉.
Shopping in Germany is always too tempting, but much cheaper than at home. One Amp Ultra, two black Sounds and a new CD player.
A little customs skill is predictable, but even Suisse customs officials know the meaning of Christmas gifts.

I only have these devices

That is products. I am looking for the release notes.
You Did say that "The WiiM Sound is currently missing.", but you have since edited your post to remove this.

In my country, "feedback" and "ticket" are not commonly used. "Inquiry" or "contact" are primarily used instead. However, using "feedback" as is acceptable.

I don't want to say: "Please submit a ticket from the feedback and ticket section of the WiiM app."
😅

Yes, my bad. I had to scroll to the top to see it. It was not showing when I entered the page. Still missing for the release notes but as noted in other comment maybe it's because it is still on version 1.0?
