Does anyone know if there is such a thing as lossless YouTube Music?

256kbps AAC is their current “high” quality setting.

Despite that, many like the service for its wide range of music, much like Spotify aficionados prefer its platform. Good to see WiiM catering for those who some seem to consider the hoi polloi ;)

Since I have YouTube Premium (to not see ads), YTM is a feature I get for free but hardly use. I am interested to see if I will use YTM now that is on the WiiM.

Isn’t Dlna supposed to be alternative for airplay especially for their latest devices?
You're confused like I was; he's not talking about using DLNA to cast to the WiiM (as endpoint), he's talking about using the WiiM to cast out (as source) over DLNA to something else.

WiiM works fine as a DLNA/UPnP endpoint. I've used this to send audio in high-res lossless from Audirvana on my MacBook Air to my WiiM Ultra.
