What's New:

1. YouTube Music: Native, seamless streaming support (requires the upcoming app version 3.3.1).
2. Soundtrack SDK Upgrade: Under-the-hood improvements for a smoother, more consistent listening experience.

Bug Fixes:

1. Bluetooth Output: Fixed a no-audio issue after switching outputs.
2. NAS & USB Playback: Playback now correctly restarts from the beginning after the last track finishes.
3. Playback Speed: Resolved rare cases where songs played at accelerated speed.
4. Dolby Digital: Corrected low volume when playing Dolby Digital content.

Super. I specifically bought YT premium on this occasion . To have a higher quality of sound on Wiim Ultra. And I got the same quality as on the free account. Well, simply a revelation. Congratulations to the genius who announced such a thing and released without warning. that it does not work as it should.

Do you really think anyone buys Wiim Ultra to listen to music in 128 kbps?

Rather than having a rant you should raise a ticket to WiiM via the more/ feedback section in the WiiM Home app asking that they work with Google to enhance this newly released feature to support Youtube Music High quality (256kbps) playback. The more people who contact WiiM in that manner, the better the chances of them/Google doing something about it,

I know that. I have Tidal premium, FLAC on NAS via Plex, etc.

I know about Youtube Music having max 256 AAC or Opus.

But Youtube Music on Wiim Ultra I can get max 129 kbps. And this is the problem.

Maybe you didn't understand because I use a translator.

The YTM interface was jointly developed by WiiM and Google/YTM staff using Google's API. There may be an issue with that API that WiiM and Google have to jointly work on to resolve the lack of High Quality playback.

Afraid you won't using the WiiM app YTM interface. This has already been notified to WiiM by me and others, and they said they'd consult with Google about High Quality 256kbps support via the Google/YTM API being used.

My bad speed reading as it doesn't affect me and just remember 256k being mentioned, obviously it was in negative terms...
