Wiim Ultra not showing bitrate info anymore?

I raised a ticket asking WiiM if they could include the bit depth (/not/ bitrate) in the display and wiim apps for lossless tracks given the Spotify app has that info and they replied “We’re currently developing this feature and plan to include it in a future update”.

That’s why I go like a drain about raising tickets not just for faults - that way WiiM get a better idea of the likely uptake for a feature

For me: yesterday, I had the Wiim home app informing me that there was an update and after applying said update, my ultra started showing this info again as well, so I'm guessing this was part of the update.

That information is wrong and really shouldn’t be shown as it doesn’t conform to Spotify’s eSDK UI guidelines.

Exactly my thoughts. I was already under the impression that this again was just some sort of 'placeholder' until Wiim/other brands are 'officially' allowed to show/display this info or will be removed again.
