Plenty of options if you’re not buying new and knob alignment isn’t an issue for you 😀
How would knob alignment not be an issue with second hand gear, but with the Vibelink Amp? Either there is a volume knob or there isn't. If you care about it is a totally different question. ;)

I’ll stick with my Fosi V3 minis, was hoping for something like IoM Ultra amp
Replacing V3 minis with V3 Monos, I fully understand your line of thought.

Personally, I do think that the WiiM Vibelink Amp sounds more pleasant than my pair of V3 Monos. Admittedly, I got them through Kickstarter, so this is the first generation, including the reversed polarity bug (which I fixed myself). And my judgement is purely based on long time listening, no double blind ABX comparison.

Any chance the difference is the 9038Q2M DAC in the Ultra feeding the V3Ms vs the 9039Q2M DAC in the VibeLink?

V3 mono amps I meant. IOM is out of stock. I would buy the Vibelink if I hadn't already bought the Fosi amps

There certainly is a chance, but the V3 Monos don't have a digital input and I did try the Vibelink Amp using both, the RCA and the Toslink input.

That still doesn't mean that my opinion is the only one. ;)

As I said, I can well understand your decision. It just doesn't make the WiiM Vibelink Amp a bad choice.
