Can't really tell, the latest Home app stopped it working. For those using beta firmware, is it nearly ready for public release?

Why would you need to turn off the sub? The whole exercise is pointless if you do that. Was told by Support to turn off Sub Out before running the RC calibration. With that done L/R RC does work. Have not had the chance to listen to the results yet.

They are going backwards.Don't know. Perhaps a glitch that they have located and are working on. One can only hope...
Good job I have my settings saved then. Why don't they just reply in the forum. When I reported my issue the algorithm seemed to be acting differently on each channel. Switching off the Sub isn't going to fix that as far as I can see.Reply from @WiiM Support just received:
Currently, Sub Out is not included in the separate channel Room Correction feature. Please be assured that we are actively working on this feature.
This sure does not sound right. I have gone back to the stereo RC for now. Don't know if this is just due to the sub out being turned off, but will test L/R again when sub out is possible or other alterations are made. Was told by Support to turn off Sub Out before running the RC calibration. How does it sound in comparison with stereo rc? Give us an insight. Thanks! This is from the release notes of the Home app from 20th September.
"Independent R/L Room Correction (Beta): Subwoofer PEQ applies to both channels"
Any ideas what that means? It doesn't sound like it means you need to turn off the Subwoofer for R/L room correction.
It doesn't work any more since this version of the app was released. How does it sound in comparison with stereo rc? Give us an insight. Thanks!
Hi slartibartfast, teamIt doesn't work any more since this version of the app was released.
Hi @WiiM Support,Hi slartibartfast, team
Our apologies for not being clearer earlier. We no longer offer the option to combine a single subwoofer with independent R/L PEQ for room correction because it doesn't yield good results. Adjusting mid to high frequencies differently for the R/L channels while keeping the low frequencies the same doesn't work well. In this case, users can use the Stereo PEQ (same PEQ for both R/L channels). However, independent R/L PEQ for room correction is still available when no subwoofer is connected.
Hope it clarifies why we made the change.
Hi Wiimer,Hi @WiiM Support,
If so, is it possible to add an option to specify the number of bands to use in RC? For example, if the number of bands is set to 5 in the RC settings screen, only 5 bands will be used for correction. The remaining 5 bands will be used to manually adjust the subwoofer bandwidth. (Alternatively, you could run RC on the lower bands only and then copy-paste the correction values.)
I don't know if this would work well for us, but it would give us more flexibility in our adjustments.
(This feature may have been previously requested by @Steve Woodhouse ? )
Thank you.
I wonder if three sweeps could be used. Left without sub, Right without sub and Sub on it's own.Hi @WiiM Support,

Hi Wiimer,
Thank you for your suggestion to improve our products further. I'll discuss this idea with the team and post any updates here.
The last RC result is always saved and remains in "AUTO". It is not lost when switching to another custom PEQ. It is only overwritten when you run the RC again.Only it doesn’t. As I understand it, if you’ve run room correction but turn a custom PEQ setting on, that overrides the room correction. But it’s extremely unclear.
All a bit of a mess.
Thanks.Hi Wiimer,
