“Radio 2” is fine for me but I already have the bbc sounds skill enabled. I appreciate though if you don’t that it might default to TuneIn and play some other “radio 2” which if I recall is often a Welsh language station here in the UK…

Has anyone had the remote 2 start spamming the wrong input?

Had my wiim amp ultra for a week now, used the remote 2 a few times worked fine but today I went to use it, pressed the volume button up 4 times (which was actioned), then pressed volume down 1 and it proceeded to constantly keep increasing the amp volume at increasing speed to 100.... diabolical failure that when it was actively playing and pause wouldn't stop it had to rush over to the amp to stop it manually.

Now I am wondering if I can set a max limit for output as well to avoid any real issue if it does it again...

You can cap volume in the Audio Settings, it under the output voltage setting.

No, I have never had an issue with the Remote 2.

I have two of them and have never experienced anything like that. However, it may be possible that radio interference could cause it to behave abnormally.
(My Bluetooth mouse sometimes goes haywire.)

Please charge the remote and try re-pairing.

In Amp, the volume limit should be set.

Yep it was fully charged, only 3 metre away from it.

Can only assume it dropped the signal but didn't stop replaying it maybe.

Thanks I went through settings and changed the volume limit, that's a good enough solution.
