Try inverse phase/polarity (180 degrees instead of 0) on the sub or in subwoofer settings.

Realistically, he could try 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, and see what works best.Is 11 ms delay too much?

I will try that. as long as my latency settings look correct, will do a few more runs.
In the meantime, I changed the crossover to 80hz, the lower peaks are better but now -10db at 80hz?
I listened to some music with sub-bass and heard no output at all. lol, 6.5" only goes so far.

Its dip is 90hz; the line between 50hz and 100hz is 80hz.
Is 11 ms delay too much?
If the sub and speaker distance to my ears is 10cm difference? 230cm/240cm. I'm a bit lost overall. it's still big improvement.

The sub has a greater delay than the speakers inherent to it for various reasons; this is the reason why we had to go through complicated calculations to, "add delay," for the difference between the distance of the sub to the WiiM versus the distance of the sub to your listening position, and then the same again for the speakers, to get the true delay. At the end of the day, all of this crazy math is an attempt to resolve a situation that should not be difficult at all for WiiM to fix, which is to change the auto-sync function to allow you to pick the mic and/or at the very minimum change it to use the phone/tablet mic and not the mic built into the streamer.

And prior to fiddling more with delay remember to try this:
Do it either on the sub (less convenient) or in the WiiM Home app, not both at the same time.
