What’s New:
  1. Playback Screen Styles: Added 3 new styles with large titles on device displays.
  2. Full Track Titles (iOS): Now shown for KKBox, NAS, USB, Samba, Local Music, and Qobuz.
  3. Serviio Support: Improved media browsing via NAS indexing.
  4. Preset/Alarm Limit: Increased to 32 (requires upcoming firmware update).
  5. TIDAL Enhancements: Added filters for "My Tracks" by artist/album and support for adding full albums to playlists.
  6. Parametric EQ Update: Added Low-Pass and High-Pass filters to the 10-band PEQ (firmware update required).
  7. USB Indexing: Estimated scan time now shown during USB content indexing.
  8. App Preferences (iOS): Option to keep screen always on.
Bug Fixes:
  1. Fixed Korean translation issues.
  2. Resolved Dolby 5.1 channel display bug (iOS).
  3. Fixed crashes and playback issues related to MinimServer indexing and IP changes.
  4. General stability and performance improvements.

👍. Also I am assuming existing RC profiles will be added to the new RC profiles list when the new feature is finally available in the app.
Yes, you are right.

However, I remember that in the first beta version the behaviour was a bit strange: if I had already manually edited a PEQ created in RC, it was not moved to the RC profile list, but remained as a PEQ.

Perhaps the team spent some time trying to get this to work correctly?
 
I wonder if it is possible to have the room correction working on top of an existing PEQ set.

I remember that initially, there have been cases where EQ was not disabled prior to running the measurements. Back ten this was commonly judges to be an error.

However, my most important use case would be exactly that:
  1. Apply a set of PEQ filters to optimise the speakers anechoic response (based on my own measurements or e.g. taken from Spinorama.org data).
  2. Run RC (within a limited frequency range, e.g. 20 Hz - 350 Hz) with the above filter set still applied.
I can only only repeat myself that this is exactly the flexibility that Lyngdorf amps give me. They provide no less than 4 layers of EQ:
  1. Speaker EQ (for optimising speaker response)
  2. RoomPerfect (their room correction system)
  3. Voicings (adjust the sound to your mood or the programme material)
  4. One treble and one bass control (with adjustable gain and center frequency)
All these stages are optional, of course, but they can be assigned in any combination you like. Brilliant!

a good old adjustable physiological filter would perhaps often be useful...
