The last entry I've read in Qobuz Club was iirr in November 2024. And a one liner from a "Jane". Deafening silence since then.

The QC beta section at Qobuz Club has been quite busy (at least as busy as this WiiM subforum). Perhaps you haven't been looking in the right place?The last entry I've read in Qobuz Club was iirr in November 2024. And a one liner from a "Jane". Deafening silence since then.
Thanks, Ryan! Just to clarify, "they" means WiiM development? If so, I hope it addresses the top 3 issues I summarized earlier in this thread. I know Qobuz has pushed out at least 6 beta updates, the most recent about 10 days ago, IIRC, but sadly none have been able to fix them. Cheers!Hey everyone! There's a new version of Qobuz Connect that's being worked on right now which should address some of the things flagged during the beta. They should be getting it pushed out to beta testers when it's ready to be played with. I'll let you know when I hear more!
Do you mean on the WiiM end? Which issues? The communication is terrible and yet on Marantz it just works since day 1Hey everyone! Here are my big three. The first is very annoying, and prevents me from using grouped WiiMs. The last one is annoying when it happens, but it's generally infrequent. I hope the combo of new WiiM firmware and recent Qobuz beta updates fixes all of them.Do you mean on the WiiM end? Which issues? and at this list you could add (at least for iOS) the bad management of "unavailable track" where QC locks when finding an unavailable track for exemple in a playlist , even if this problem can also be seen with the Wiim Home Appp.Here are my big three. - 16/44 on grouped WiiM devices;
- Selecting a WiiM QC target after that target has been used via Chromecast or other media channel;
- General stability of the app, particularly smooth recovery after any error condition has been encountered communicating with WiiM streamers.

That may be more general Qobuz issue? If you have a release or playlist where this will reliably fail, what happens if you remove variables and simply play it on your mobile device's speaker with the Qobuz app?and at this list you could add (at least for iOS) the bad management of "unavailable track" where QC locks when finding an unavailable track for exemple in a playlist , even if this problem can also be seen with the Wiim Home Appp.
In this case anything works as expected. The missing song is skipped and next song played.That may be more general Qobuz issue? Any updates as to when WiiM will be adding more Qobuz Connect testers, or possibly adding one more user?Hey everyone! I wouldn't worry until some updates come we have a lot of problems and no updates at allAny updates as to when WiiM will be adding more Qobuz Connect testers, or possibly adding one more user?![]()
THANK YOU for the updateI wouldn't worry until some updates come we have a lot of problems and no updates at all
Multiroom at CD Quality working?Heads-up: my Ultra just received a firmware update for Qobuz Connect. There's not one available for my Pro devices as yet. Will do a quick test as soon as it's installed to see if it's visible to the latest Android QC beta (qconnect-beta07).
ETA: The Ultra is now visible to the latest Qobuz QC beta app!
If that needs the other devices in the group to have the Qobuz beta firmware, perhaps that can’t be tested yet.Multiroom at CD Quality working?
Does this mean that the connect is now available to everyone? You just need to install the new beta apps and firmware?Heads-up: my Ultra just received a firmware update for Qobuz Connect. Don’t think so, I think you still need to sign up via Qobuz and have your device whitelisted.Does this mean that the connect is now available to everyone? You just need to install the new beta apps and firmware?
