Power cycled and factory reset both. Still no USB option on home app. I then connected via Optical and that works. Guess the USB was somehow damaged so Optical for now.
@76 Driver (ret) By looking at your profile picture, I believe you're in Texas as I am. I have experienced multiple power outages for the last few days in Houston due to high winds and storms. Fortunately, I have a surge protector / power conditioner for my audio set up and did not suffer damages. I always feel that audio equipment should have a ground pin on the power cord. I have Pro and Pro+ and I can use 3-prong USB-C chargers (such as laptop charger) that provides ground for protection. I don't know how Ultra can be grounded, though.
