Which speakers are you using with your Wiim Amp Ultra?

What I find interesting, is that the WAU is capable of driving less efficient speakers. Powerful little box!

Today I changed my WiiM Amp Ultra to Onkyo Icon A-50. I loved my WiiM but I need to say Onkyo is a lot better according to power and sound but it cost 2xmore. WiiM have better app and sub correction and a lot more options I really loved

The A-50 doesn't really have more power than the WiiM Amp Ultra, btw.

The A-50 is specified at 180 W (4 Ω, 1 kHz, THD 0.7 %)

The WiiM Amp Ultra has been independently measured at 185 W (4 Ω, 1 kHz, THD 0.1 %).

The measurement was taken at 0.1 % because the Amp Ultra won't reach higher power or distortion with a 0 dBFS digital signal. There might be a difference in gain. But not having to turn the volume knob as high says nothing about power or safety margin.

It is my opinion that the Wiim Amp Ultra punches above its weight. Having said that, I am curious to know which speakers users are using it with. I would like to get a sense of the price range of speakers the Wiim can handle.
Please let us know which speakers you are using.
