I understand what HansD-NL meant. I accept that language is always evolving, but modern lazy English usage can also irritate us old codgers whose first language is English.

My "Shorter OED" says it was first used in that sense between c1150-c1350 and Shakespeare used it in Henry V Act IV Scene I

Not sure what you mean - if I recall, usb audio out came to the WiiM Amp first, even before the Ultra

But looking back at the original Announcements and even the current Product Overview for WiiM Amp and Amp Pro reference USB as only regarding USB Disk / Thumb Drives (except in the recently updated specs table graphic). And the recently posted page for the WiiM Amp Ultra mentions USB not once (except in the graphic diagram of inputs and outputs where it is only listed as an output).

I'm 99.9% sure it's universal, like the amp pro and ultra.
My amp pro came with a US lead/plug and I therefore had the same initial thought, but I used a spare Aussie lead I had (230v here too) and it worked fine.
Much louder, obviously
