I actually do like it since it groups all together. I prefer to use one page for all of my recently and commonly listened music or radio stations. I'm not always in the mood for searching for music and don't like to switch between different music apps.Don't like the new Favourites tab. Could live without it. I now also have to change muscle memory
Agreed. The favorites tab is nice!I actually do like it since it groups all together. I prefer to use one page for all of my recently and commonly listened music or radio stations. I'm not always in the mood for searching for music and don't like to switch between different music apps.
It only shows 4 items at once...I actually do like it since it groups all together. I prefer to use one page for all of my recently and commonly listened music or radio stations. I'm not always in the mood for searching for music and don't like to switch between different music apps.
Why you have so many services? Is one services lacking on content or the other maybe sound superior? You only seem to have vTuner as a service so are only getting the favourites page populated by that. I have Amazon Music, Qobuz, TuneIn, vTuner, Deezer and Tidal and the page is much more populated and useful
Amazon Music has been my default given the family have Amazon echos etc, but I got Qobuz so,I could use it via LMS. Deezer and Tidal are hangovers from free trials, while, the radio services I only occasionally use. I tend to test/try a lot of stuffWhy you have so many services? I use Amazon Music, TuneIn, vTuner & would add SiriusXM in a heartbeat if it were available. There are content & presentation differences in each service that make them attractive. Why you have so many services? Is one services lacking on content or the other maybe sound superior?
I've been trying to install it on Win7
I understand. But if that is the case, then what I don’t understand is that the download page doesn’t clearly signify which OS’es are supported and which not.View attachment 13576
Microsoft extended support for Windows 7 ended almost 5 years ago, mainstream support ended almost 10 years ago.
You cannot expect any software vendor supporting an operating system that old. Some library might be missing or the latest version available on Windows 7 is simply missing a feature WiiM rely on. I don't see any solution other than upgrading the OS.
I can so relate. I have 20.000+ tracks. I also need to be able to search on so much more. Like on album, type of music and what else to get a more workable setup. I hope one day they’ll beat or match Roon with their app. When they do they’ll grab the entire market….It would be wonderful. If the search function in tidal section WiiM app would let you filter artist name and not only track name.

I can easily find a track if i remember its title..
But if I only remember the artist I am fucked in a playlist with 1000tracks..
I'm not sure I understand what your request is about. WiiM Home app 2.12.2 on Android and in Tidal integrated into WHA I can search for various things, including the artists:It would be wonderful. Where would you want them to start, though? I'm pretty sure that the current beta version doesn't support Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Me, Windows NT 4, Windows 98SE, Windows 98, Windows NT 3.5, any version of Windows 95, Windows NT 3.1, Windows for Workgroups 3.11, ... and most probably no version of Windows 8.I understand.
