How about move the sub about 2 to 3 feet and see if that would change. If that stay 8ms there is a problem.I want to see if anyone gets a different result than 8ms

Something was seriously broken if everybody got 8 ms ...I want to see if anyone gets a different result than 8ms
If I move the sub towards me by a metre or so I get 10ms so it does change but why doesn't a 180 degree phase change affect it?How about move the sub about 2 to 3 feet and see if that would change. If that stay 8ms there is a problem.
could be a bug? Try both 0 and 180 and see what would be the outcome. If I move the sub towards me by a metre or so I get 10ms so it does change but why doesn't a 180 degree phase change affect it?
If you switch the phase on the subwoofer side, will you get the same result? If I move the sub towards me by a metre or so I get 10ms so it does change but why doesn't a 180 degree phase change affect it?
I've tried that before. Changing the variable phase control on the sub doesn't have any effect when the crossover is set by the ampIf you switch the phase on the subwoofer side, will you get the same result?
I suppose it is possible that the phase switch in the subwoofer settings isn't working. I'll use REW to see if flicking the phase switch makes any difference to the response. It used to be fairly obvious.could be a bug? Try both 0 and 180 and see what would be the outcome.

It gives consistent results but I can't really hear the difference between my old delay setting and the automatic one. I was also concerned that flipping the phase by 180 degrees didn't change the delay.@slartibartfast do you think this feature is ready for public release?
Please report to wiim so they look at it. Thanks! It gives consistent results but I can't really hear the difference between my old delay setting and the automatic one. I was also concerned that flipping the phase by 180 degrees didn't change the delay.
I submitted a ticket asking why flipping the phase didn't affect the delay. Not much else I can do really.@slartibartfast are you still playing on auto timing?
Did they answer back or went to oblivion?I submitted a ticket asking why flipping the phase didn't affect the delay. Not much else I can do really.
Still thinking about it hopefullyDid they answer back or went to oblivion?
There will be a new beta will be unveiled in the next couple weeks according to wiim response. Simultaneous usb and sub.Still thinking about it hopefully
If I remember correctly that when you got the beta it was not labeled beta so getting out won’t be easy. House curve has many features but in order to use those features you need to pay for the app.I have just become aware that the iOS app Housecurve does automatic subwoofer timing alignment so someone with Housecurve would be the ideal tester for this feature. Far better than relying on me. Is anyone else even taking part in this beta testing?
We have forum members that use Housecurve though. They would be perfect to test this.If I remember correctly that when you got the beta it was not labeled beta so getting out won’t be easy. House curve has many features but in order to use those features you need to pay for the app.
