That's the latest Ultra firmware.5.2.627753
It worked a while last night, but stopped this morning again.
Doesn’t look like it, does it?That's the latest Ultra firmware.
Have you signed up for the beta?
No, that function is not yet my interest. I use the ultra as a streamer/receiver, with line out to the amp. That's the latest Ultra firmware.

My problem is DLNA cast to WiiM.This is the DLNA Casting thread (casting from WiiM to non-WiiM DLNA renderers).
What is your question/problem?
What control point (app) are you using to play to the Ultra? My problem is DLNA cast to WiiM.
It’s probably better that you open a new thread detailing your issue rather than derailing this thread about the beta DLNA cast feature…My problem is DLNA cast to WiiM.
Win10 through Mediaplayer. What control point (app) are you using to play to the Ultra?
I see the same connecting to a Pro, but if WMP is as bad a control point as it is as a server then it's no surprise.Win10 through Mediaplayer.
The recent app update seems to have created more bugs than it fixedThe DLNA Cast Beta is no longer available on my Pro Plus, I don't know whether it has been purposefully removed, or by accident.
One of the many recent iOS/iPadOS app updates must have done it, because the device firmware hasn't been updated.
Can anyone else who was on this beta please check to see if you still have access to the feature.
Thanks for checking, it was missing on app version 2.11.7, and is still missing on the latest version 2.11.8 released today.Looks like an iOS/ipad app bug - it’s still there for my Pro Plus on the android app. I’ll bug report it as well.
It certainly seems to have done. The recent app update seems to have created more bugs than it fixed
I’d raise a ticket direct to WiiM asking for the beta, but tbh it feels a bit moribund. Hopefully WiiM will issue another update to the beta , and at the same time update their roadmap to let users know when they might expect a public release.
