No, that function is not yet my interest. I use the ultra as a streamer/receiver, with line out to the amp.

Win10 through Mediaplayer.

I see the same connecting to a Pro, but if WMP is as bad a control point as it is as a server then it's no surprise.

I tried VLC and MediaMonkey and they both worked but neither are gapless.
