I saw that eversolo version of room correction uses convolution filters which are more accurate and include also phase/timing information by reading the impulse response measurement . Do WiiM devices have the necessary cpu power to support these type of filters /RC?

Is this only in the DMP-A10, or does lower models (A8 and/or A6) have it too?

A8 for sure . Haven’t checked if it is for a6 also

Thats a nice feature, but are you sure they include phase info and not just normal FIR filters?
Also the downside of Eversolo is that they perform all DSP in 48KHz….

Initial data: Acoustically absolutely unprepared room 17 m2 and at the output of WiiM Amp Pro the acoustic system MonitorAudio Silver 100 G7 SE.

At the first stage it turned out like this;



Imelda May's vocals on the track "Sixth Sense" sometimes sounded unreliable, in the lower chest register the sound was not colored by overtones.
It was as if Imelda quickly closed (and opened) her mouth with a scarf while singing

At the second stage by hand, as a reference Imelda May's album "Life Love Flesh Blood"



P.S.
On this album, Imelda's vocals range from C3 to C6, from contralto to coloratura soprano, and mix with all the instruments, which is very convenient for tuning.

Why is the 1. filter on 2kHz?
I never encountered that filters are not in the consecutive order…

Just removed the lowest frequency where there aren't many instruments and added one where are combined sonority/melody and harshness/intrusiveness .
What does the order matter?

A quick comparison of UMIK-1 USB mic and iMM6 3.5mm jack connected mic. You can see the issue with the iMM6 at low frequencies when connected to the 3.5mm jack socket of a Pixel 3a.
