Enhanced Room Correction is Here!

A quick comparison of UMIK-1 USB mic and iMM6 3.5mm jack connected mic. You can see the issue with the iMM6 at low frequencies when connected to the 3.5mm jack socket of a Pixel 3a.

My IMM-6 had the same low frequency drop as yours.
I don't know if the problem is with the phone or the IMM-6, however I did not see this problem with the IMM-6C.

I suspect the ADC in the phone. I had a similar issue trying to use the iMM6 with REW using a TRSS to USB adapter which was even worse. The USB version of the iMM6 is probably fine.

Yes of course!
The string appears at one of the stages, you can trust my word ;)
It's not a question of trusting you, but if we're talking about bathe same thing. ;)

You said:
Yes, sure.
Recisely, it is recognized by Samsung ;)
On Android phones hardware support for external hardware is not as standardised as it is with desktop operating systems. Your screenshot made it clear that the WiiM Home app recognised the mic. That's all that counts.

I do not know if it matters…
It shouldn't matter. You can place the PEQ filters in any order when setting them manually.

I'm not really surprised. :)
