lol - I just edited my previous post suggesting this!In my case it shows this because the kitchen group I created in the beta version is still there.

Ditto, but my android 3.0.9 app doesn't have this group option at the top of the devices screen either.
Maybe we need to do something somewhere else first, such as buy two ultras
I came off the persistent group beta and WiiM have since whitelsited my Ultra for the older version of chromecast (which I've asked them to change) so I can't see anything as yet
Since @MrEe is in the same situation as you, I don't think this is an issue. Perhaps a persistent group needs to be added to the other WiiM devices.Deleting Cache doesnt help
Yes, I just remembered you said that the other day. Please whip my butt...I came off the persistent group beta and WiiM have since whitelsited my Ultra for the older version of chromecast (which I've asked them to change) so I can't see anything as yet
I'll leave that kind of stuff up to @SmartplugYes, I just remembered you said that the other day. Please whip my butt...
I think the same, there should be more options to choose from, the current version with flat color bars looks very bad and on a device like this the design shown is very relevant to the user experience.I want my sides blurred, as it is now. They should let you make a choice (if you prefer black or colour or blurred) instead of forcing this backward change on us.
Yes, all devices need a firmware update to support persistent groupsGroups only lists my Ultras, not my Pro. Maybe the Pro needs an update before it is accessible in Groups too?!

I made a feature request through the WiiM Home app to have the following options for the sides in the full-screen artwork view:There’s people who don’t use the UV meter screen? Woah. Hahaha
I preferred the blurred sides, but black would be good too. Something to make the album art pop so it’s more visible. The color matched border makes it look a little busy IMO.
I don't think solid color works better in the WHA but because the picture is fully imbedded in a bigger screen it looks better. That the color used on Ultra display and in app isn't the same is just ugly (and strange).I made a feature request through the WiiM Home app to have the following options for the sides in the full-screen artwork view:
- blurred artwork (like we originally had, but maybe add option to adjust the brightness)
- solid color (needs improvement, make it consistent with the WiiM Home app - it does a better job to match the color to the artwork )
- black
I suggest y'all do the same
It is working. Not perfectly but it works.Wouldn't call it "minor" because one of the main selling points of the Ultra is in fact the screen
HDMI CEC don't behave correctly on many TV types when set to off. And some people have had problems with audio not always working. What are the problems with with HDMI and Android integration?
Well no, something's clearly been broken - or changed, but the release notes don't show any info on this.It is working. Not perfectly but it works.
I suppose that would also give us the media controls in the notification panel?Android integration problem is about using the Android media API all other apps is using to control volume and playing, while not having to open the WiiM Home App.
